C.J. Masimore, Founder & CEO

C.J. Masimore is an experienced leader with a history of success building successful teams and organizations. She practiced law at one of New York City’s best law firms and was later the CEO of a start-up non-profit law firm representing homeless, undocumented and impoverished New Yorkers. Ms. Masimore has board level experience in the fintech and social service sectors, a J.D. from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from London Business School. She founded Chatsworth Consulting in 2020 to help start-ups and charities increase their impact.
